INGREDIENTS: Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCT) are derived from Coconut Oil. Caprylic acid (C8) and Capric acid (C10).

Free From Lactose, Dairy, Wheat, Gluten, Yeast, Artificial flavours, Colours or Preservatives. GM Free.

WARNINGS: MCT is intended for occasional use only during periods of intensive exercise. It is not intended as a sole source of dietary fat since it contains no essential fatty acids. Use it only in combination with healthful sources of dietary polyunsaturated vegetable oils such as Melrose Flaxseed, Safflower and Sunflower Oils. Failure to use with vegetable oils may result in essential fatty acid deficiency. If you experience persistent nausea, diarrhoea, abdominal cramps or other gastrointestinal discomfort, discontinue use. MCT can be used in cooking but is not recommended due to its low flash point. Consult a doctor before use if you have diabetes, cirrhosis, acidosis, ketosis or other liver problems. Always read the label and use only as directed.
