Melrose Apricot Kernel Oil is a healthy oil because it is high in monounsaturated fat. The oil can be used for high-heat cooking methods, such as sauteing and pan-frying where the mild flavour with slight nutty taste will not overpower other ingredients. Apricot Kernel Oil is also popular as a body oil.
