Once you have added your items to your shopping cart, select the cart symbol in the top right hand corner , a menu will pop out from the right, select view cart. In the view cart page you will see a section below all your chosen products called ‘apply coupon’. Type in your coupon code here and click the ‘apply coupon’ button. Once you have done this, you will notice below under ‘cart total’ it will show the discount has been applied.
There are no further discounts on already discounted/sale items. You can use your coupon on any full priced item on the website. This will be calculated at time of checkout.

Yes, we ship via a courier company called Sendle. You will be supplied with a tracking number as soon as the order is on its way from the shipping company.
We usually ship within 2 days. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery due to your location or possible transport and holiday delays. At Christmas, please do expect longer delays due to the increase in postal use.
Please call us immediately so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. We will keep an eye on order arrivals however, you can also use your tracking number sent to you from our courier company Sendle to locate your order at any time.
No, sorry we do not ship refrigerated items due to the nature of the product and possible transport delays. We cannot guarantee the item will remain cold in transit. However, if you require any refrigerated items, you may call us on 0395576551 to see what we have in stock for local pick-up.
All shipping rates are calculated by our Sendle postage calculator in the checkout stage of ordering. It is based on weight of the total order and location.
Our shipping calculator may show an extremely high shipping rate and this is possibly due to your location. If this occurs, please don’t stress, do call us on 0395576551 before you finalise your sale and we can look at another courier for a cheaper price.
