Q. Where can I find the search button to search a particular product?
A. The search button can be found on the top right hand side of the home page. Type in the product you need. Hit enter to complete the search.
Q. Do you have every product that you stock on the website?
A. We will try our best to have our top products on our site, however we don’t always have everything due to new products coming in all the time. Also some brands don't allow us to sell their products on our website. If you are looking for a particular product and you can't find it, please feel free to either call or email us with your query and we will see if we can get this product for you. Customer service is very important to us and we hope we can help you.
Q. Which brands do not allow you to sell on your website?
A. The brands that we cannot sell on our website include; Boody, Black Chicken Remedies, Moogoo, No Pong.
Q. Do you sell practitioner products online?
A. No, sorry we can only sell practitioner items in store by our in store Naturopath.
Q. Do you ship refrigerated items?
A. No, sorry we do not ship refrigerated items due to the nature of the product and possible transport delays. We cannot guarantee the item will remain cold in transit. However, if you require any refrigerated items, you may call us on 0395576551 to see what we have in stock for local pick-up.
Q. If I have a coupon code, where do I apply this code to receive my discount?
A. Once you have added your items to your shopping cart, select the basket symbol in the top right hand corner labeled 'your order', a menu will pop out from the right where you can see what you have added to your cart. Here you can enter a promo code in the box in the bottom right corner, don't forget to press the 'apply' button. You can also select 'checkout' down the bottom in the footer. Once in the cart page you will see a section below all your chosen products called ‘apply coupon’. Type in your coupon code here and click the ‘apply coupon’ button. Once you have done this, you will notice below under ‘cart total’ it will show the discount has been applied.
Q. Will I get coupon discounts off already discounted items?
A. There are no further discounts on already discounted/sale items. You can use your coupon on any full priced item on the website. This will be calculated at time of checkout.
Q. I cant't seem to finalise my order?
A. When filling out all your shipping information, ensure you have filled in all the required lines (fields with red stars), without these details, the website cannot generate a valid shipping cost. Check if you have entered your credit card details in full and most importantly, you need to check the box to say you have read the website terms and conditions. If you have tried a few times and failed, you may need to refresh your page.
Q. Will I receive a tracking number for my order?
A. Yes, if you choose to ship with Australia Post then you can request for us to send you the tracking information. We always have your mobile number added to the tracking so you should receive updates automatically. If you selected premium courier, you should receive automatic updates if you have entered your email and mobile numbers correctly.
Q. How long will it take for my order to arrive?
A. We usually ship within 2 working days as long as we do not have any issues with stock quantities. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery due to your location and/or possible transport and holiday delays. At Christmas and Easter, please do expect longer delays due to the increase in postal use.
Q. My order is taking a long time?
A. Please call us immediately so that we can rectify the situation as soon as possible. We will keep an eye on all order arrivals, however, you can also use your tracking number sent to you from our courier company Sendle to locate your order at any time.
Q. How is your shipping calculated?
A. All shipping rates are calculated by either our Premium Courier or Australia Post calculator in the checkout stage of ordering. It is based on both weight/volume of the total order and your location. We have both options so you can find the best price possible for your location and order weight.
Please choose your items carefully before finalising a sale. To ensure a successful transaction and that you receive all the correct products, please check over your shopping cart for any mistakes. We cannot exchange or refund items due mistakes made during the ordering process. However if we have made a mistake and sent you the incorrect items from what was ordered we will be happy to rectify the mistake as soon as possible.
