The salt is unrefined, and contains no nasty stuff like anti-caking agents or bleaches. And the kelp is collected fresh, then dried at low temperatures (below 47°C) to lock in its inherent nutrients. Ceres Naturals Kelp Salt offers a bunch of Iodine - 43% of your Recommended Dietary Intake (RDI).
