Ziziphus is traditionally used in Chinese medicine as a sedative for the relief of sleeplessness.
Magnolia bark is used in traditional Chinese medicine for the symptomatic relief of mild anxiety.
Passionflower is traditionally used to relieve sleeplessness and restlessness due to nervous stress.
Californian poppy is traditionally used as a sedative to relieve sleeplessness and nervousness.
INGREDIENTS: Ziziphus jujube var. Spinosa (Ziziphus) seed, Magnolia officinalis (Magnolia) stem bark, Passiflora incarnata (Passionflower) herb flowering and fruiting, Eschscholzia californica (Californian poppy) herb
