Lotus Organic Cornflour acts as an anticaking agent, stopping sugar from clumping or confections from sticking together. It is a clear thickening agent, and being a very fine flour, it can be used to lighten baked goods. Use in corn chips, puddings, fritters and cookies.
Free from gluten, dairy, nuts, lactose, soy, wheat, GM products.

INGREDIENTS: Corn starch, sulphur dioxide (220). Origin South Africa or Netherlands.
