Description
Lotus Organic Cornflour acts as an anticaking agent, stopping sugar from clumping or confections from sticking together. It is a clear thickening agent, and being a very fine flour, it can be used to lighten baked goods. Use in corn chips, puddings, fritters and cookies.
Free from gluten, dairy, nuts, lactose, soy, wheat, GM products.
Vegan and Vegetarian friendly.
INGREDIENTS: Corn starch, sulphur dioxide (220). Origin South Africa or Netherlands.
WARNING: Contains sulphur dioxide. Always check with manufacturer for allergy concerns. Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight.
