Our Lemongrass & Ginger has lovely fragrant floral tones and a warm ginger zing make this a splendid beverage hot, tepid or cold. Serve as an iced tea with a sprig of fresh mint over ice, a splash of apple juice. Ginger produces a slightly hot, fragrant spice.We use the young ginger rhizome which is moist and plump with a very mild taste.
