Ingredients:
- 1 cup pitted dates
- 1/2 cup hulled tahini
- 1/2 cup natural almond meal
- 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
- 2 tbsp water
- Pinch sea salt

Method:
- In a food processor combine the dates and tahini until it forms a paste
- Add almond meal, cacao powder and water
- Process until completely combined
- Line a small pan with grease proof paper
- Press mixture firmly into pan and sprinkle with sea salt
- Place in freezer and cut into desired size squares once firm.
- Keep in freezer or fridge to keep shape and firmness
