    Method:
  • In a food processor combine the dates and tahini until it forms a paste
  • Add almond meal, cacao powder and water
  • Process until completely combined
  • Line a small pan with grease proof paper
  • Press mixture firmly into pan and sprinkle with sea salt
  • Place in freezer and cut into desired size squares once firm.
  • Keep in freezer or fridge to keep shape and firmness
