Millet tabouli

Wheat and gluten free.
AB Blood Type friendly.

    Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of millet cooked and cooled
  • 1 red onion finely chopped
  • 3-4 spring onions finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch parsley finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch mint finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped (optional)
  • 2-3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1-2 lemons juiced
  • pinch of sea salt
    Directions:
  • Cos lettuce washed
  • Assemble and season to taste
