Sometimes a girl need a sweet treat that has to be paleo friendly.

Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup flaxseeds
- 1/2 cup ground flaxseeds or flax meal
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp maple syrup, or more to your liking
- 1 tsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 egg
- pinch sea salt
- 1/2 tsp coconut flour to bind

Directions:
- Mix everything together in a bowl to from a ball.
- Put onto a lined baking tray and cover with another piece of baking paper the same size.
- Shape into a flat square this disc.
- Remove top sheet of baking paper.
- Cut into squares using a sharp knife
- Bake at 170 degrees for 12 mins.
