What you will need:
- 12-14 pitted dates soaked (discard water)
- 1 cup natural almond meal
- 1/3 cup raw cacao powder
- 1/3 cup coconut oil
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients in a food processor
- Roll into balls (makes 6-8 balls)
- Coat in coconut
- Keep in fridge until ready to enjoy xo
Great served as a side at a BBQ or you can cook chicken or lamb and have with the rice salad and topped with some Greek yogurt as a main meal.
