Banana Flour Pancakes

These pancakes are really yummy and they will keep you full for hours!! Banana flour is naturally gluten free, paleo, FODMAP friendly and high in resistant starch.

    Method:
  • Combine all the ingredients until smooth, except the coconut oil.
  • Heat the coconut oil in the pan and pour desired amount of mixture to form pancake.
  • Flip pancake when nice and golden underneath.
  • Enjoy with your favourite toppings, I personally love chopped banana and maple syrup.
